Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for POS processes to include receiving and disbursing money, processing credit or debit card transactions, and validating checks using electronic scanners, cash registers and related equipment.  They issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers. They also perform administrative duties, such as answering telephones, stocking shelves, pricing, and promoting company sales/ promotional activities/events.  Customer Service Representative’s hired as a “traveling customer service representative” will provide a weekly status report to the corporate offices.  This will be a mandatory essential function of their responsibilities.

Pharmacy Technicians help licensed Pharmacist provide medication and other health care products to patients.  Technicians usually perform routine task to help prepare prescribed medication, such as data entry of prescriptions, counting of tablets and labeling medications.  They also perform administrative duties, such as corresponding with physicians and nurses, answering telephones, stocking shelves, and operating cash registers.  Pharmacy Technician’s hired as a “traveling technician” will provide a weekly status report to the corporate office.  This will be a mandatory essential function of their responsibilities. Technicians refer any questions regarding prescriptions, drug information, or health matters to a pharmacist.
